Shaun was an excellent home inspector. He had a great personality, was meticulous and took the time to explain everything to me as we went through the house. The detailed report also had links to resources and explanations of technical terms. I would recommend Shaun and would use his services again the next time I buy a house.

Professional, dedicated, honest and meticulous. Shaun did not hesitate to get into all the little, weird, dark corners of the house. He was kind, charming and very approachable. He explained everything along the way which made the final report easy to understand. Ultimately we did not purchase the house we thought we loved because there were very serious hidden problems with it. There is a trend right now for offers on homes with no inspection. You would be a fool to do this. Hire Shaun and with integrity he will guide you through this difficult and essential part of buying your home.

Shaun was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely thorough and professional, I learned a lot about what goes into inspections while following him around for the pre-purchase inspection of my future home.
