Professional, dedicated, honest and meticulous. Shaun did not hesitate to get into all the little, weird, dark corners of the house. He was kind, charming and very approachable. He explained everything along the way which made the final report easy to understand. Ultimately we did not purchase the house we thought we loved because there were very serious hidden problems with it. There is a trend right now for offers on homes with no inspection. Shaun was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely thorough and professional, I learned a lot about what goes into inspections while following him around for the pre-purchase inspection of my future home. The inspection was very thorough and detailed, and the report was comprehensive, but also very easily understandable; the inclusion of hyperlinks on various sections for further reading was really helpful. The report was delivered very quickly – the following day.
Shaun was friendly and professional, and offered us advice and tips on maintaining the home while we did the walkthrough; he clearly has a passion for what he does.
Booking and payment processes were also very straightforward and efficient.
